Bobby Shmurda homie "Rasha" gets damn near a 100 years. "A-Rod" gets 53 years.

Yes this happens but sometimes the millionaire was fortunate enough not to get caught. You can't excuse murder and violence but a lot of us grow up with terrible role models.

Bobby Shmurda's father is already in jail for the rest of his life and apparently his family were the ones supplying the guns. At what point does a child learn right from wrong? When he gets 100 years for doing what everyone else around him does?

My post was about the Rasha dude. I'm not even aware of what Bobby is being charged with but I will say this - Bobby is not a child now. We can't look at other black men as children. No matter what life hands you - you still make a choice to do whatever you do.

And you can't expect others to care about your upbringing. No one looks at you or me or Bobby and wonders about our childhood. They don't give a fucc. It's up to us, to help as many kids as possible in these fucced up situations so they don't make bad choices when they are adults.

Like I mentioned, some people are just going to lose. Everyone can't win. That's life.

Real talk most of us were under the preface of it being entertainment. I had no clue what I was listening to was a cohesive detailed statement of all the illegal activity he and all of his friends were partaking in..(literally)

When I listened to Bodies in The Trunk from Nas/Nore while it's a great song I knew it was entertainment.. I didn't think for one second Nas and Nore ever rode around NYC with bodies in the trunk.

As the sentences begin to roll out I know those boys feel some type of way when they hear that song.

Ask me if I enjoy the song now? I don't, it feels awkward. It's something I listen to and shake my head at... It's a sad representation of what so many of our youth are struggling with today...

If you're still enjoying the song than yeah you've got real issues..

people think conspiracy is some bullshyt charge..

nikkas can go to jail off "motive" and "intent"

by placing you at crime scenes using phone convos, text, cards you swipe, who you associate with etc. Same shyt they do with people planning a terrorist act, just lesser degree.

I know bout conspiracy. I know a cat who went to see his man in jail and his man had on a wire and old boy caught a conspiracy to distribute cocacine charge off their convo.
Which is what makes conspiracy a bogus charge. You can be lying and pump faking about some chit and catch a conspiracy.

But Conspiracy is hard to prove without a witness or cold hard evidence. They claim to have them talking on the phone but we don't know to what extent.
