Bomani Jones is one of them dudes that was good as a guest on Around The Horn in that style format but in a format where it’s just him or another host talking on different topics for an episode it’s just too much. He isn’t likable for the most part or interesting enough to want to watch for more than a small segment at a time.

Good show overall. I can tell he's improved reading the teleprompter, the Roy Wood Jr interview as dope. We NEED more Chappelle Show-like skits, the signing day one was hilarious

The HBCU segment hit close, being an alum of one, I enjoyed that fa sho. I believe athletics should/will lead to more publicity for the schools and their academic mission but lets not get it twisted NCAA athletics is NCAA athletics. Athletes are gettin "played"

Yeah he's known Bo since his radio show back I. Raleigh or some shyt. Just getting connected like that is huge and will pay dividends on the networking alone. Dope of Bo to put him on like dat.

Kinda feel for breh.

The show comes on at a brutal time. 11:45pm ET on a Sunday. I also don't know how many people are watching shows like his live versus those watching it later in a 6 day window like most of the those now.

If anything the show's visibility outside HBO Max ain't that great. Haven't seen much of it on social or YouTube.

Would have preferred to see him anchor a sports reporters type show or something more like outside the lines. Also, I like when foxworth is a guest but I'd rather bo not be paired with someone that acts like they're in awe of him.
