, then to each his own, but like 90% have said…..a good steak needs NO sauce. There’s a reason why no high end steakhouses gives u A-1 or ketchup. Chefs don’t even want u there if u ask for that sh!t bc u aren’t appreciating the real flavor of the cut. I’ll marinate a skirt steak with chimmichuri sometimes but that’s it bruh.
