Nothing really, if you're a native to them, or have family there. I've lived in Flatbush and Brownsville before. Both have been good to me. But if you have a short amount of time to be in the city. Take in the other parts. Flatbush and The Ville' can be dangerous

Yea @Yup stay out of Flatbush. Rowdy Haitians/Jamaicans. Go to East Flatbush, theres a difference mixing them up will be dangerous

As for The Ville hes talking about the East Village/Lower East side in Manhattan. Thats where that gif was filmed @ModernFonzie posted. Thats where Tru Life is from Theres a new acronym for it; EVill. #factsonly look it up. Stay away from there.

Absolutely. Don't go to those areas.

If you're staying in Brooklyn. Try to stay in Park Slope, Greenpoint or Downtown BK.

Super8 is a really good hotel in the Slope. Its not too expensive. And you're about 20/25 minutes from the city. If that.

As far as sites, the city is your oyster. Too many things to see, just do your own personal research. There's something for everyone.
