I've seen that mentioned a few times on r/horrorlit. I might have to add that to my TBR

I'm indifferent about signatures in general unless I'm getting as a gift for someone.

I don't mind it since the cost variation is typically next to nothing unless it's somebody super crazy, and it's like a special memento or whatever from an author you happen to enjoy, I guess. Even better if you can get it personalized.

But, I just picked my copy of King Sorrow today. I also don't know when I'ma get to it. Seems like their is just not enough hours in the day sometimes for what's on the TBR.

Finished: The Stand

It was the uncut version so that shyt was a beast to get through but it was worth it in the end, I think. You get a chance to really feel the intricacies of a post apocalyptic world even if it is a journey/marathon at times to walk through with some of the characters, both good and bad.

Listening to The Gray Man audiobook.

Man the guy doing the reading is great he does all the accents. Recommend if you want spy thriller action

Yesterday I finished the fifth and final book in the Camp Crystal Lake series, The Mask of Jason Voorhees by Eric Morse.
Since it was self published because the series was cancelled by Berkley Books, it didn't get looked over by an editor so there are a few simple mistakes with typos and one or two mistakes with continuity.
Unlike the previous books, the author is able to tie in the Friday the 13th series and Friday the 13th movies other than Jason goes to Hell. Also the kills aren't held back anymore. Folk in there getting sliced in half like Kung Lao's fatality :banderas:

The first 39% of the book is set up but once the kills start they keep on coming 😎

I kind want to give it four hockey masks out of 5 but I think 3-1/2 is more appropriate. I was unfamiliar with the Friday the 13th Show characters so I had to look up the wiki to get what their deal was because it's written like you have watched that show.
