Not sure why that matters. Haven't read anywhere that CN said no to his animation demands. IMO, the Asian animation he uses is one of the most overrated aspects of the show. If the stories are good, people will watch. I doubt most care what animation house he uses...

this is common for all anime type shows brah theirs going to be a delay regardless of how popular/successful a show is. in the case of Japanese anime , the creators eat of dvd/blu ray sales and toys and other things that can speed up the process but in the case of the boondocks it doesn't have that Asian Fan-base support all like that.
the american fanbase is strong but where not buying dvd/blu rays like our asian counter parts
Take Fairy Tail for instance , very popular in japan, had an American fanbase , great blu-ray/dvd sales
and the show was still cancelled due to the price of production.

Cool, but I'm not blaming the lack of episodes on the animation, I'm blaming it on Mcgruder for not having stories to animate.
I don't think you guys understand that Season 3 was meant to be the final season. Mcgruder had other avenues he wanted to explore beyond the Boondocks, he has full creative control of HIS product that HE created and decided to bring it back. One man doesn't have to be married to one thing his whole life just because you all want it to be so, same thing with Akira Toriyama and Dragonball. Dude was burnt out on it and decided to quit while he was ahead but fans didn't want to let go so what did we end up with? GT
