I cant believe people are bytching about the way Aaron Mcgruder handles a show HE created. What EXACTLY does any of us know what goes into the planning, producing, scripting, and animating of that show? I'm SURE having the shyt hand drawn by a Korean company takes time. Plus you have Regina King, John Witherspoon, Charlie Murphy, Samuel L. Jackson amongst the cast. NONE of these people is hurting for acting jobs. Besides that the writing of scripts isn't some South Park shyt where you rinse wash and repeat Cartman doing some dumb shyt, Kenny Dying, and Stan and Kyle reacting. The Boondocks scripts usually have something of substance underneath the jokes, which sets it apart from every other animated show on television. Aaron Mcgruder already has said himself during the first season that this isn't the "nikka Show", he's using pop culture and mega stories as a backdrop for commentary on the 21st Century African American experience.

and I definitely agree to their approach to music and how their most mainstream artists from the past take breaks between albums and don't oversaturate like Rihanna....(M.I.A., Adele, Lily Allen, Corinne Bailey Rae, Estelle, Natasha Bedingfield, Leona Lewis,etc)

I agree with Ziggiy's post 100% but at the end he basically said what I was saying. I like he is using his show to express what is going on in 21st African American culture, but alot of people to this day do not even know of the Boondocks and he can do so much more to push the envelope and get people talking...

And even if it does come out, the pop culture jokes will be so gruesomely outdated it will be on some "Oh yeah, I sorta remember that I cared about this thing years ago" shyt like almost the entire third season.

And even if it's "old" some of same stuff has been happening with us in this country for the last few years. You idiots have no idea what goes into producing quality animated shows. South Park can't be compared to standard cartoons. They use cheap construction paper to animate and it takes them weeks to produce a season which is why their jokes are "fresh" in comparisons to the boondocks and family guy which take 6 months to a year to make a season. And those shows are far superior to South Park. Y'all nikkas bytch and complain about everything. Shut up! You know you're gonna watch it anyway. Stop trying to sound "smart" and enjoy the show. I will!
