I do the business development/sales, have a recruiting team supporting me that does all the work and we place consultants and mark up our fees.

For example if we place a Finance Consultant at 45/hr we bill the client 90/hr. That 45/hr margin is what we make. Multiply that by 50 consultants its ridiculous money.
