Both AJ Brown and Devonta Smith are frustrated with the Philadelphia offense and want changes now.

I mentioned this particularly in the Chiefs game Keven Patullos pass plays design is bizarre and I realized that as it went on the reason that is because at it's heart of hearts the receivers are used primarily has vehicles for the run game and the tush push. The Eagles are winning yes, but their plays were well balanced more so than it is now. It's an extremely conservative offense that predicated itself more so on moving in short bursts and dominating the TOP of possession with the occasional chunk play. I'm not saying its the wrong way to go but it's not conducive to keeping your elite receiving corps happy.

Players don’t care about winning or super bowls in the nfl. Just individual stats

To be fair WRs as much as QBs are more dependent on their individual stats being tied to their earning power more than any position. Speaking in particular to AJ Brown, he has basically one more big contract left and while being a SB winner is nice it won't move the needle the way another 12-1500 yard season would.

i cant think of any other context where people would dismiss professionals having an issue with their skillsets and earnings potential being negatively effected

in a time window thats already small and unreliable no less
You see it. Something these simpletons can’t comprehend.

Guess they okay with their mediocre coworker stealing credit for their work as long as the department is successful :mjlol:

Not with that QB. :mjlol: .

"All he does is win though!". There are easily 10-15 QB's that would make the Eagles better while those 10-15 teams would instantly become worse on offense. There's really not a debate to be had on that either. Hurts is not a terrible QB, but he's absolutely in the best situation possible for him. A great OL, two excellent WR's, a HOF HB talent, and an elite defense that did a lot of damage last year. Not the best look for Brown and Smith to complain right now, but they know it's not sustainable when they go up against the top teams come January. They were able to get it done last year with beating the Packers, then getting some big breaks against the Rams, beating a rookie QB in the NFCCG, and then beating a mortally wounded Chiefs team. It's not happening two years in a row.
Hurts is Troy Aikman

Good but barely achieving what's expected with a roster that great if you are a good QB

Exactly, and that's perfectly fine. There's absolutely nothing wrong with it. However, that doesn't make him an elite QB like many Eagles fans seem to want to claim.

Also, it's laughable to value his rushing TD's the same as a passing TD. They are absolutely NOT equal value in terms of how they were achieved. Yes, six points is six points, but it's much easier to get six on a tush push where Barkley may have gotten you down there than it is to pass for a TD. It's almost like a secondary assist in hockey.

i mean look at philly this year. Saquon havent came out the gate like last year...he's not complaining

but with philly, idk maybe they dont trust Hurts enough at times or something. because they got down during the rams. what did they have to do. put the game on Hurts shoulder and he delivered throwing TDs.

you'd think maybe that game is enough to say hey lets open the offense up, but idk. in the nfl it doesnt have to look pretty. Nick says he's in the business to win football games when Drew Brees said the eagles are boring.
If saquan was touching the ball 7 times a game he'd complain.
