I will wait to see if it actually makes it on the floor for a vote, before I get worried about another example of Republicans being openly racist towards us. Then I will see how the votes tally up to make a full assessment of the situation. That includes paying attention to those who abstain from voting on the issue.
Oh, and some of you really look for ways to turn an issue that has nothing to do with the diaspora into some reason to attack each other. This is a Floridian Republican pushing this up, yet again you have more smoke for other Black people than you do for the very ones seeking to cause the harm.
Last, people who look at the issues and see the BS both parties be on and openly state what it is, are hated by both parties. Independents are always admonished for not picking a side to wholy support. They do not want people to make decision based on each issue, but rather them make decisions based on what political team they support. That is doubly the cause with Black Americans, since no matter what, both parties are f'ing our people over. Just that one does it from the front fast while the other does it from the back slowly. So I vote based on the issues at hand, not based on what either party tells the true-believers to vote for.
