It's a good strat, those black students usually outperform the black students from the school they were transferred from.

But it's more of "brain drain", of hyper selection, leaving the students that are lacking while draining the high-performing ones. You then boost them as examples of what vouchers can do, but not everyone can get a voucher. How about we just look at what these schools can do and replicate it at the public level? Ah... But that doesn't make people like her and her associates rich, and that would make public schools competitive with her schools, and the last thing you want is funding for public schools. It's really sinister, people will not only be left behind, but their schooling will be crippled to the ground. Eventually parents will wonder what's the point of the system, next opens a cheap alternative to the expensive schools, and every parent is coming directly out of their pocket for schooling, then with the courts, you can start phasing out guarantees with education that promote public/federal handling.

They just might get it done at this rate. This country is fukked.
