Beyonce don't acknowledge Keri Hilson. Supposedly the "beef" originally stemmed from Beyonce singing Keri's verse in the Love In This Club remix. Keri wrote the verse and was supposed to sing but Usher wanted Beyonce to sing it after he heard her vocals on the track. So to make up for it, he put Keri in the Love in this Club video.

Then Keri sealed her fate when she made this diss track. Go to 1:50:
