One thing u have to consider is that someone failing to pay a debt doesnt always mean they dont have the money. Some nikkas jus dont wanna pay. similar to how filing bankrupcy doesnt always mean your broke. Its sometimes a business decision to take a credit hit rather then pay. Knowing that a sudden inflow of cash would negate a need for credit.

That being said bow wow hasnt had a major run for some gwap for a long time. His money is long but i dunno about 15 years long.
