wtf are you talking about

jmm issues with reach and height... THEY ARENT THE SAME TYPE OF FIGHTER ... manny is a pressure fighter , left handed , awkward angle punches with power and speed AND LEFT HANDED.. jmm is a counter puncher.... floyd wouldve had to go into harms way to deal with pac...JMM WENT INTO HARMS WAY FOR 4 FREAKING FIGHTS... and finally caught up to manny and killed him.. but the first three fights manny did work on jmm... and there was droppage as well...

wtf are you talking about with height or reach... you make no sense... speed kills..

who gave floyd problems.. augusuts, judah , castillo.... did floyd figure them out.. yeah... would he figured out manny... maybe maybe not... fact is he did alot of things to avoid that fight...

sure jumped at the chance to fight hatton, ortiz, guerreros... didnt seem to have the same jumping ability to fight manny espeically when manny was crucifing cotto, dlh , margs...

floyd had plenty of time to figure this fight out... he didnt..and now it stays the way it is... a perceived duck...

lets be honest... canelo weighin in at 165 on fight night is more of a threat to floyds health than mannys "steroids" excuse that floyd was harping on in 2010

http://sports.yahoo.com/news/manny-pacquiao-just-t-beat-floyd-mayweather-boxing-150900549--box.html

Among boxing's most knowledgeable people, the answer to the never-ending Mayweather-Pacquiao debate is pretty well known. Those who dominate headlines and go on the record with their analysis are usually connected to one of the fighters in some way and have a definite agenda to push.

"We already know what time of day it is. We've been there, done it," Floyd Mayweather Sr. recently told Chris Robinson of Hustleboss.com. "We already know that the Pac-man can't whup Floyd. I know it, you know it, the world knows it."

Obviously, Floyd Sr. has a personal bias in this Floyd vs. Manny debate, but he shares the feeling of many other sweet science experts. It's just hard for old school, wise, and experienced boxing people to pick against Mayweather--and that includes a bout where the Filipino icon and eight-division world champ would be on the other side of the ring.

In boxing, a good defense trumps a good offense and Mayweather has proven that to be the case for the last seventeen years. There's no reason to believe that Pacquiao would break the spell Mayweather manages to cast over opponents.

As a matter of fact, Pacquiao's awesome and dominant offense has already shown itself to be vulnerable to the whims of smarter, more mobile fighters.

Juan Manuel Marquez, Shane Mosley, and Timothy Bradley weren't always successful in out-fighting Pacquiao (especially not Mosley!), but they were all able to succeed in slowing Pacquiao down and making him fight in a way uncomfortable to him. Erik Morales, on occasion, was also able to corral the explosive Pacquiao with simple, but smart footwork. Mayweather is an infinitely better and smarter tactical boxer than any of those who have been successful in shutting down parts of Manny's offensive game.

Actually, it could be said that Mayweather is the master of utilizing footwork and giving angles. His best friend is an overly aggressive opponent looking desperately to engage. His genius-level ring IQ just can't be overlooked when sizing up the two fighters. It's not at all hard to visualize a confused and clumsy-looking Pacquiao swinging at air and falling all over himself while trying to get at Mayweather, who will always be at least one full step ahead of him.

From there, Mayweather's hand speed and conditioning would take him to victory-perhaps an easier victory than anyone ever imagined. Many speculate that Mayweather would have extra motivation in a bout with Pacquiao because Pac Man was tabbed to endorse Hennessy, a beverage near and dear to the black experience. In a sense, Mayweather would be fighting for the honor of his people.

None of this is aimed at diminishing Pacquiao as a fighter. Manny has earned his place among the very best of this generation and will be a first ballot Hall of Famer as soon as he is eligible. It's just that in boxing terms, Pacquiao beating Mayweather simply doesn't make sense. It goes against every bit of old school boxing wisdom passed along from generation to generation, practically since the sport began.

As for why this bout hasn't happened, forget the drama coming from both camps as to why the mega-bout never got made. One could make the case, though, that Pacquiao's promoter Bob Arum-someone as 'old school' as they come-understood the difficulty of this match-up and worked to keep his fighter far away from a high profile bout that would be almost impossible to win.

Nobody needed to read that long ass shyt to know that Floyd Money Mayweather is the pound for pound king
Of all times :birdman:

He passed Sweet Pea, Fought more "competition" than Roy

Fought all comp really, and the ones they tried to hype up (pac :rudy: )

Floyd dominated his era like only Marciano has done. But I'd take Floyd over Marciano at a catch weight.
He wouldn't land any punches cleanly either :yeshrug:

It doesn't matter anymore. Floyd just rises to the occasion time after time. And everytime someone remotely close to Mayweather's weight class gets a KO, then they think that guy's gonna destroy Floyd and Floyd's scared etc. the pundits swore Alvarez was gonna be a problem, well dammit, problem solved. It wasnt even a contest. Garcia, Glovkin, Broner... Just names. Nowhere near ready to fight floyd. I want Floyd to fight Pac, just to hear the "he waited till Pac was washed up" rhetoric. Pacman was a mediocre fighter, got juiced and beat up a bunch of dudes that had been figured out, got off the juice and could compete. Im tired of hearing about this dude.

MO of most Pac fans, dont want to listen to any common sense or logic...just want to shout your irrelevant and bias opinion...

Pacquiao wouldnt have ever beaten Mayweather...He would have been counter punched to death and i dont think it would have went close to the distance..stoppage in the 6th or 7th and thats 5 years ago..now it doesnt even go that far...

Marquez ended the outcry for this fight :lolbron:
stoppage? You are out of your mind...Mayweather is not that kind of fighter. It would have been a unanimous decision if anything

i guess if manny kills rios maybe this fight can be revisited... by i seriously doubt manny is gonna kill rios... i think he looks bad and gets caught a couple of times and freddy roach retires manny.. i dont think manny continues without roach ala roy jones fighting bums of the month for money..

manny will go back to the phillipines and take bribes in congress for a living..
He didn't jump at a fight with Manny when Pac went into a myriad of excuses? Blood? Ring size? His eye not being healed? Can't find an arena? Arum says yes....Koncz says no? How many times does an excuse needs to change its clothes before you tel the bytch to find something to wear and get dressed? Manny went through more narratives than a Grimms anthology. And here you are talking about someone not being in a rush when this niqqas manny stayed in the closet with a dress load full of excuses.
fukk outta here

Lol most the ppl that claimed Floyd was scared still picked him to win
I haven't heard one person even explain why they thought manny had a chance.
It's been established a long time ago that anyone has that brawling one dimensional style is not beating mayweather. And your not defeating him with 1 punch. Pacquaio gets confused by basic defense and foot work.

Truth be told, the fight was only possible once (in 2010) at 50/50 spilt and drug testing.
After Floyd got his exclusive 100 percent of da profits deal, the court cases, the animosity etc, da fight had no chance.manny woulda took dat 40 mil in da last rounds of negoitations if it wasn't for arum. To think Floyd was scared is laughable.

Manny didn't wanna do the testing and in hindsite it was a smart move cause if they fought in 2010 Floyd woulda embarrassed him and his career would be a lot different now(look at Canelo, he'd still be getting the "he can beat Floyd" talk if he delayed his beating) His mainstream popularity starts and ends with mayweather..which is why he fighting in china at like 5 am in da morning for his next fight:russ:

Pacquaio has a horrible business team

goons in the cut tryna talk you out yo necklace
Any so called bpxing expert saying this foolishness doesnt know shyt about boxing:beli:

Manny midget ass would need stilts to touch Mayweather's chin, think of the issues JMM with his reach and Height(basically the same dimensions as Manny) deficiencies had trying to simply touch Mayweather's chin

Manny simply never had the height or reach to make it a competitive match, his 5 inch reach disadvantage gets him killed..........................
:salute:

Fam....they don't want to hear it. Uncle Roger is right about most these dudes

So is Manny supposed to grow 5 inches in height and reach just fighter a cant beat fighter b, stop being a chump ass nikka and respectfully address why you disagree, what the fukk is Manny supposed to do when faced with this.....

ws6py.jpg

And this is vs one of the best combination punchers, with accurate precision, not no wild dummy like Manny:demonic:

SN: Whoever says JMM looked better at WW lately than in the Mayweather fight is a complete fukking fool and doesnt want nor analyze the sport one bit, JMM was fast able to get his combos off, had his patent footwork and all he just was fighting a different rare beast in Mayweather, a far cry from the man that was bulked out of his mind, looking like he fighting in slomo and looked like absolute shyt(fedchenko Bradely) aside from Manny.

Manny is simply to small for Mayweather, and he's stated this also, am I supposed to your super stanning ass, word over Manny's:camby:
