Imagine that fukkery :deadmanny:

yeah but jodeci are the forefathers to r&b groups of the 90's. those guys set the trends and the rest of those groups followed. even though boyz ii men represented the more "clean cut" image of r&b, they got their blueprint for jodeci

Not really Boy to men remind of the 60s male group singers.

like i said, they got a "clean cut" image but the whole 2 lead singers, while the other 2 back and 1 out of those other 2 does the whole talkin' bit to the ladies is jodeci's whole steeze. in the 90's, it was clear as day that these guys were the "clean" version of jodeci

don't get me wrong, i liked some of their songs, especially their song with mariah, one sweet day. but these guys won't seein' no jodeci

the irony is once k-ci and jojo did their own thing after jodieci, they image became that of boyz ii men

I'll make love to you was replaced by On bended knee as # 1 song in the country. The Beatles are the only other group to do that.:banderas:
End of the Road was number 1 on Billboard for 13 weeks...and shyt wasn't even an album cut. SMFH Unreal

nah.

bell biv devoe were the forefathers. i dont know how jodeci gets credited for that. most of their whole steezo was off the back of BBD. i think BBD gets over-looked in hindsight because they were half-rap. but they clearly started the vast majority of those trends.

coinicidentally, boyz II men came out under the BBD umbrella.

like i said, they got a "clean cut" image but the whole 2 lead singers, while the other 2 back and 1 out of those other 2 does the whole talkin' bit to the ladies is jodeci's whole steeze. in the 90's, it was clear as day that these guys were the "clean" version of jodeci

how so? boyz II men was out before jodeci.

besides, boyz II men had 3 lead singers and 1 talker. the only thing those 2 groups have in common is that they both have 4 members and blew up darn near the same time.

jodeci = the most over-credited group of the '90s. and im a jodeci fan but that needs to be said.

cosign that last comment. kc & jojo were sure dam getting their boyz II men after they went on their own.
