Brady couldn't win prime moss, welker and and stallworth, a all pro defense full of hall of famers

Stop it

The Pats would've won but for a MIRACULOUS David Tyree catch. Don't act like the Giants blew out the Pats.

And Brady had already won 3 SBs with lesser talent.

You need to stop.

The colts woulda won if it wasnt for Tracy Porter wit his telepath skills where he read Peyton mind and knew the play on that pick

Yousa Woulda coulda shoulda nikka, they put up 17 wit the greatest offense of all time my nikka, when he laughed at them scoring 17

OK but you act like the Giants defense wasn't phenomenal that season.

And even still, the Pats would've won but for that absurd play. The Giants were about to only put up only 10 points that game. Before that play, it was clear as day that Eli was in over his head.

But act like that play never happened and that the Patriots sucked in that game.

Confidential Informants
Infact this article was so biased and wrong, I can rip apart every main point with one sentence or less :russ:

Brady and Manning are statistical equals; one's just played longer

The Article says this then goes on to post stats where MANNING LEADS IN EVERY CATEGORY:russ:

Brady puts more points in the board; in fact, he leads the greatest offensive machine in the history of football

He also lost a superbowl with the "greatest offensive machine" Theres absolutely no argument that Peyton Manning lead offenses > Brady. Hence peyton having the best QB'ing season of all time

Peyton Manning has been surrounded by more offensive talent; Brady gets by playing with tackling dummies at wide receiver

Surrounded by more talent? Like the hall of fame defense that surrounded Brady and led him to 3 SB's? Or surrounded by guys like all time Patriots leading receiver wes welker, all time touchdown leader randy moss, superbowl MVP Troy brown, or TE prdigy gronk?

Manning hogs the statistical glory for himself; Brady shares the wealth

Tom Brady will never catch Peyton Manning's all-time touchdown record. He probably won't play long enough to challenge it. Plus, he spreads the ball around far too much.

  • 70.3% of all the TDs scored by Manning teams have come via the pass (521 of 741)*
  • 53.1% of all the TDs scored by Brady teams have come via the pass (384 of 588)*
All this means is Brady played on balanced teams with beter running games, hence him scoring less passing td's and relying on the run

Peyton Manning has played with plenty of strong, Super Bowl-caliber defenses

This is insane. As a life long colts fans only 2 of those defenses were "superbowl caliber" the colts often led the league in yards and points allowed, and the 2 years with the best healthy defense peyton went on to the superbowl

Brady plays outdoors in shytty-weather towns; Manning padded his stats playing most of his career in a dome

But Peyton is putting up the best numbers of his career outdoors at the age of 37. fukking idiot

Only on the Coli can a meaningless game in November determine the legacies of two quarterbacks.

Only on the coli would a guy pass judgment on a thread without even bothering to read it. :skip:

Don't have to read it. OP only had the courage to post it after yesterday. If it went the other way this thread wouldn't exist, instead some bum ass version of a Manning> Brady thread would exist which is the point of my post.
