Brand Nubian didn't change their style when Puba left, they actually changed their style to fit the first album because those hardcore songs weren't what ruled the air waves at that time. No one was talking about gats except for NWA, once Puba left, rap began to change and Lord Jamar and Sadat became comfortable. I remember Lord Jamar speaking on this with the Stretch and Bobbito show. Nostalgically All For One is better BUT, In God We Trust is straight HEAT. LORD Jamar on Black and Blue is crazy! Matter of fact Lord Jamar stepped up big time. I remember Allah and Justice being sang on this old radio show called "The Supreme Team Show" back in the 80's.
