Lonzo is not a better facilitator. Simmons creates offense for other players ala Lebron Rondo, and John Wall. Lonzo takes what the defense gives him and finds the open guy the way Jason Kidd did. Nothing wrong with the way he facilitates but I take the player who makes his teammates better.
That’s what I believe too, that’s why I called it a high ball. I’d take Simmons over Lonzo any day, but since the hype and the Lakers organization are so Zo oriented, he’ll probably win

Lonzo is much better at making his teammates better...there's a reason he wins at a high level, he turned that UCLA program around in a year, had the summer league squad looking nice...basically his style of play is not only contagious but he creates easy looks for teammates rather it be those insane full court passes, finding cutters with ease, or kicking out to shooters..I don't see how you can say he doesn't make his teammates better.

Simmons ceiling is twice as high as Lonzo's imo. Already a better defender, likely will be a better rebounder (by just being taller). Ill highball it and say Lonzo is a slightly better facilitator, but relatively Ben being around as good a passer at the 3/4 is crazy. Being an athletic 7 footer at 3 could be more of an offensive mismatch than being 6'5 at the 1 with how tall PGs are these days (and how alot of elite 1s dont defend their own position).
Twice as high?..umm nah I don't see it. Lonzo got a legit three point shot, that alone separates him from Simmons as defenders won't sag off him. In his prime, I'm projecting a much more athletic Steve Nash type of impact...I see Simmons as 6'10 rondo with more scoring.

We’ll see if Lonzo has a legit 3 ball in the regular season, I wouldn’t declare that already. In Ben’s prime, i.e when ever he gets a jumper, he’ll shyt on Lonzo in all facets of the game. His game would realistically resemble Bron at that point. So it’s kinda hard to mention primes here

The internet meltdown over BI has been funny to watch. Impatient ass nikkas.

Once he settles down and get into a rhythm, he'll be fine this year...and then a beast in the future when he adds some size.

keep buying more years on the job cac gm

There's a good chance Ben will never develop a jumper..then what?...

this is what I said, not only is Simmons the better athlete at 7 ft, but his passes actually splits defenses like Magic, something Lonzo doesn't do at a high level because he doesn't penetrate as well. His speed going one direction is top notch but lateral quickness is lacking which is the one reason he's not too effective in the pnr. D'Lo doesn't have great lateral quickness but he can shoot and I feel his jumper in going to be elite this years.
