Some aren't, but like MegaTron Bomb said earlier, who really gets hurt in these competitions?

Drew league is indoors, in the time that I've gone to watch streetball, I can't remember the last time someone got seriously hurt during the game, and that's outside.

What could happen is a freak non contact injury, which could happen in practice or anywhere for that matter. The dudes they are playing against show respect for these guys just coming to rep and play with them, theyre not going to be flagrantly fouling them or anything.

NBA Teams are control freaks.

In their minds, they'd feel better if you got hurt under their watch as opposed to getting hurt somewhere else

I understand NBA teams wanting to make sure they get the maximum return on their investments... but regular folks acting like playing basketball is some how much more dangerous against players who aren't NBA caliber in a game that's mostly just for show.

They make it seem like these cats are zooming thru the streets doing endo's and hand drags with Meek Mill for a MMG promo video
