If Marshall wasn't such a headcase (or whatever the reason for him always getting traded or released) he would be in strong consideration for a Hall of Fame jacket when he retires. He's still only 33 and can probably play at a high level for another 2 or 3 seasons. He'll be motivated to and will probably have a 75 1200 yard type year next season.
