For someone that young I look at the throws more than the overall games. You can see he's working through reads and he's made some level throws. There's a reason Luck and Russ are as good as they are as well. Arians and Pep did a great job developing Luck. Pete and Bevell have done a great job developing Russ. Geno has had Marty Morningwheg who has a documented history of being terrible.

They also have more talent.Luck grades higher then any qb in a decade at the pro days and combines Geno doesn't have that type of physical talent

for WRs money, the worst they can do is being stuck on a team that runs the ball a lot, has good defense, doesnt pass the ball much and when it does its only when WRs are open.

What you are going to come to found out is Alshon been eating good the last few years because he gets a lot of one on one coverage with Marshall on the other side...

What is going to happen is Cutler is going to force a lot of bad passes to him that are going to be picked off and you are going to start hearing stuff like "Alshon needs to help his quarterback" or "Alshon needs to get on the same page as his quarterback" or "their was a misconstruction their and it seems like Alshon ran the wrong route"
