geno has a rag arm

geno has showed nothing so far, hopefully he can improve but his leash will be extremely short
Geno has a rag arm? I've seen him flick a ball 60 yards like nothing. You have no idea what you're talking about

Breh ur the one crying about geno not having talent around him and i brought up russ cuz he has no talent at wr either. Lol@ russ being as great as u think. Stop it slime. U just trying to make it so geno isnt as bad as he is. Hes not the answer for your team
It's not "crying." It's a fact. I can name names. They are not talented. Geno is not a good enough QB to overcome that. Andy Dalton is not good enough to over come that. Matthew Stafford is not good enough to overcome that. Most Qbs aten....yet you bring up Russ as if GENO should?

And who are you responding to that said "geno is the answer to the jets?"

Why are you dumb? Saying "he had shyt around him" does not equal "he is the answer to our team."

This board is full of Niqqas who answer themselves

Geno can't play under center and is turnover prone. He could have Megatron and Peterson and that still wouldn't change.

only read the first page but apprently only 1 person knows what they are talking about

Percy harvin is as good as gone. Marshall/Decker/Kerley/Amaro is more than good tho. Chris Johnson is garbage and outta here. Geno Smith will not be the QB especially if Mariotta falls to the Jets, Jets will Trade for Nick Foles and the eagles 1st and 2nd round picks. Draft a CB in the first, get creative with the 2 second round picks. Sign Antonio Cromartie back. Trade Dee Milliner for Jahari Evans. And bam you looking at the best team in the AFC east

What's the problem with being an average QB? That's fine if the front office actually does their job and builds an actual team around them. Too many times FO's are trying to bail themselves out by finding a savior at QB rather than building an actual team. Not every QB has the capability to be Brady, Peyton, or Brees. The interceptions he threw were stupid young QB mistakes. Accuracy can be fixed. Will Geno be a world beater? I dunno, but I know he's shown to be capable as an NFL QB.

Geno's proven to be well below average. He's not a starter. The pick 6's, the terrible sacks...He's horrible.

But he hasn't that. So what point of yours is proven?

This makes no sense.

The idea that Mariotta is NFL day 1 ready is far fetched. No team is trading a player of quality for an oft injured DB.

And what about the Jets o-line? Willie Colon is washed. Aboushi is barely average and Ferguson is finished. And what about their lack of speed at LB and no pass rusher?

And BAM.....your point is beyond flawed....

Geno's arm is about as strong as Luck's and he is about as fast. Geno is not as physically big or powerful as Luck--he's not going to run anyone over--but Geno is agile and has niftier feet in tight places. Luck graded better than Geno primarily because of the former's raw size and overall skillset, not "physical talent". Geno's problem is decision-making, which isn't Luck's best suit either, footwork and accuracy/anticipation, which Geno has generally improved in since being drafted. If his mind catches up, Geno can become a good QB.

Let's be honest you're not rational when it comes to Geno so it's hard to have a convo with you about him.You pretty much saying he's every bit as talented as Luck :mjlol:

This was a no risk trade for the Jets. B Marsh is still good enough to be a #1 for another year or two. Plus the jets can still draft a guy in the mid rounds for future consideration. I think it's a wrap for Percy Harvin dude was a non-factor last year.
