nikka had the fortune of being a #1 draft pick in TuscaloosaI honestly have no idea, but I'm shocked Alabama of all places didn't find something to charge a young black man with.

They grasping for straws on an imaginary which hunt. What exactly are y’all charging him with?
If he didn't bring the gun the person would not have been shot. People def. have been charged for less.
This came up two years ago and this week when he testified, but Miller texted he was on his way before D Miles even text about the gun. What exactly are y’all charging him with?
I don't think anyone is upset he didn't catch a charge. Speaking for myself I'm just surprised. It usually seems like they're try to tag em with an accessory charge and then drop it if they don't think it will stick. This came up two years ago and this week when he testified, but Miller texted he was on his way before D Miles even text about the gun.
It's wild seeing people who don't know anything about the case upset he didn't catch a charge.
Good. He better tell every mothafukkin thing he knows and stay on this path. He got caught up in some shyt and hasn’t got caught up in anything since, despite being sidelined from injury. That’s like the perfect time for young brehs to do something dumb, when they got too much time on their hands. And he’s been straight so farHe snitching![]()

I would if I were themCould it be criminal negligence?
Idk the details enough but it does seem wild to deliver someone a gun used in a homicide (assuming it was ruled a homicide and not any kind of self defense) without any sort of charges. Is it even legal to drive around with someone's gun knowingly in your possession?
Is the victim's family going after Miller in civil court?
U just saying shytyour only saying hard to prove because he's a NBA star. If a random black college kid brought a gun for his homie after mentioning he wanted to up it he would be cooked in court and convicted easily. They would also get more witnesses to say certain things incriminating him too if they were trying to convict. he would take a plea deal because like everyone has said black people have been sent to prison for WAYYYYYY less
Look at the post above yours and sybauAt the end of the day the only reason he wasn't charged with SOMETHING is because of his stature and being headed to the NBA. I only hope that he learned from this and began to tighten up his circle to only immediate family and friends that BEEN there from day one. And even some of them you gotta watch out for too.
