Folks in this thread are weird. A regular person would've seen jail time just for knowing that somebody was in some shyt and ready to up instead of defusing the with situation. It becomes premeditated when mfs willingly engage in bullshyt instead of just leaving

If he didn't bring the gun the person would not have been shot. People def. have been charged for less.

What exactly are y’all charging him with?
This came up two years ago and this week when he testified, but Miller texted he was on his way before D Miles even text about the gun.

It's wild seeing people who don't know anything about the case upset he didn't catch a charge.

I don't think anyone is upset he didn't catch a charge. Speaking for myself I'm just surprised. It usually seems like they're try to tag em with an accessory charge and then drop it if they don't think it will stick.

He snitching :lolbron:
Good. He better tell every mothafukkin thing he knows and stay on this path. He got caught up in some shyt and hasn’t got caught up in anything since, despite being sidelined from injury. That’s like the perfect time for young brehs to do something dumb, when they got too much time on their hands. And he’s been straight so far

I’m rooting for him man

Yeah, the details make it pretty clear why they didn't/couldn't charge him. The way the media reported it at first made it look a lot worse. Alabama is an open carry state too.

Could it be criminal negligence?

Idk the details enough but it does seem wild to deliver someone a gun used in a homicide (assuming it was ruled a homicide and not any kind of self defense) without any sort of charges. Is it even legal to drive around with someone's gun knowingly in your possession?

Is the victim's family going after Miller in civil court?
I would if I were them:yeshrug:

your only saying hard to prove because he's a NBA star. If a random black college kid brought a gun for his homie after mentioning he wanted to up it he would be cooked in court and convicted easily. They would also get more witnesses to say certain things incriminating him too if they were trying to convict. he would take a plea deal because like everyone has said black people have been sent to prison for WAYYYYYY less
U just saying shyt

I deadass study criminal Justice for a degree and I can prove it

Read the article, Miller dropped them off at the club, was the DD and left cuz the line is too long

He’s a freshman, his teammate hits him asking him to come scoop him and Miller says it’s gonna be a lil cuz he in another spot, his teammate hits him again saying I need you to come back “I need my gun I’m in some shyt”

Mind u he say it in on some dc shyt “I need my joint nikkas rl faking”

Brandon was

A) Already on the way back to scoop them

B) don’t understand no dc talk, he was probably confused as to what fakin is @2Quik4UHoes @Coco Loco

That’s cool what you’re saying about him being rich and famous, but there’s a reason, Tuscaloosa DA refused charge him, the NCAA refused to suspend him, Alabama didn’t suspend him and he was still drafted top 2 in the NBA draft.

He learned the hardest way that night (God bless that lady’s soul and her child) don’t fukk wit crashout nikkas and have discernment about how u around

At the end of the day the only reason he wasn't charged with SOMETHING is because of his stature and being headed to the NBA. I only hope that he learned from this and began to tighten up his circle to only immediate family and friends that BEEN there from day one. And even some of them you gotta watch out for too.
