As a nikka from around the way

I think Miller didn’t really know what was going on, also it would very hard to prove Miller knew a shooting was bout to go down, he was just they ride
after seeing how miller is in charlotte the past two years..... yeah he's a hard worker, but he's also a choir boy and goofy as hell :dead: he probably had no clue he was around top 5 crashouts fr

your only saying hard to prove because he's a NBA star. If a random black college kid brought a gun for his homie after mentioning he wanted to up it he would be cooked in court and convicted easily. They would also get more witnesses to say certain things incriminating him too if they were trying to convict. he would take a plea deal because like everyone has said black people have been sent to prison for WAYYYYYY less

Could it be criminal negligence?

Idk the details enough but it does seem wild to deliver someone a gun used in a homicide (assuming it was ruled a homicide and not any kind of self defense) without any sort of charges. Is it even legal to drive around with someone's gun knowingly in your possession?

Is the victim's family going after Miller in civil court?

Not if he didn't know they were going to shoot someone. The guy asked for his own gun because he felt he was in danger. The owner didn't even fire it. He gave it to someone else which is why he got charged with aiding and abetting. Miller was never told what they were planning.

If there's an issue with Miller possessing the gun that's a separate issue. All I know is he wasn't an accessory to the shooting.

His friend said bring my gun, there is smoke. And he brought it

Ain't no aloofness there
the person who asked for him to bring the gun isn't even the one who shot it lol. he was twice removed

people in here acting like they drew up a plan prior to this all happening

Bro, we're all outside.

If you tell me spin back, you need the burner. Obviously, I know what's on the menu

he not only brought the gun when his friend asked him to bring it because he was having some trouble, he also confirmed that the gun was loaded when said friend asked him if it was.

That's true, but he has plausible deniability. Did he know deep down some shyt was gonna happen? Prolly. But it's tough to prove that, especially w/ him being twice removed.

He didn’t deliver the gun, he was the DD, the gun owner left the gun in the back seat when he went inside. When Miller came back to pick them up, he grabbed his gun from the backseat

damn, nikkas have set in jail for less....

I mean it's a tv show so we have to ske it with a grain of salt but I swear on First 48 they get hemmed up for giving gas money to people who commit crimes. So the fact that it seems like he's going to be free and clear is wild.

If he didn't have NBA talent he would def be doing time aint no way. I don't care if you think a crime was committed or not they would have more than enough to convict him on something and he would def take the plea deal

Anybody else would be charged with accessory
What exactly are y’all charging him with?
