They said it gives a "buzz", so likely the body is fighting off the pain or effects from the venom releasing endorphins into brain giving you a high. Like eating reapers and jolokia peppers.

It must have been some journey for humanity to make it this far. With the amount of shyt you can eat and die alone. Thinking about the fact that we had to discover a lot of this through trial and error with meant life or death. Now you just get mad if the store doesn't do the due diligence for you.
