It's a great skill to have. I can't even count the amount of money I've both saved and earned from it lol.
@shutterguy
I did exactly what you're describing.
Except I didnt need to rent another spot. I moved back to the family home.
(I'm one of those: 'my mom's lives with ME' face looking ass niqqas)
So I didn't need to rent a new spot. So dunno how that goes.
All I can say is: I got one letter that I think was forwarded via post office change of address and I haven't heard anything since. Six years ago now.
I have no advice. Just an anecdote.
Im in the same situation now... moving to TN from PA
I got lucky and my current place is only making me pay one more months rent...and my lease isn't up until July![]()
Anybody ever had issues breaking their lease for moving out of state? I got 6 months left on it, lease says you can't break it for job relocation. I need to have a convo with the property mgmt to see how concrete that is. Ready to leave Ohio for Georgia, apt to a condo. If you do break a lease how does that look to your new residence mgmt?
Just pay the early termination fee. My last apartment cost 1500 to break the lease.
nikka could jus leave
nikka would have time enough be4 the next place sees anything...nikka would already in his new place.. n the new spot wouldnt even give a shyt..
Yea, my plan is to buy a condo (or rent one if I have to). Not sure what they call the ones that are only 2 homes with the garage being the separation wall between them.
DamnI had to pay around 6k to break a lease recently. That shyt hurt my soul. I suggest nikkas make fake documents and get out of that shyt.

Nah, I'm old enough to know how things on your credit report can affect things. Worked to hard to keep good credit, don't wanna fukk it up.
Nah, they take care of everything soon as you put in a maintenance request.
Definitely not trying to ruin my credit, never had an eviction in my life, don't want one.
I will talk to the property mgr, if I can't break it, I will wait it out and pay up until the lease is up. At that point they should be able to provide a great referral to a new place.
A duplex?
Great idea.
Buy it. Live in the one half as you remod the other as needed. Then rent the other half to someone for the amount of the mortgage essentially.
So now they paying your mortgage and you could even flip and rent out the half you been living in.
Then. You got the equivalent of two mortgages coming in as rent.
Get you another and keep flipping.

I’d rather come off that 6 than not be able to fully enjoy my new move and change of pace because I may be arrested for forging federal documents at any moment.I had to pay around 6k to break a lease recently. That shyt hurt my soul. I suggest nikkas make fake documents and get out of that shyt.
