I wonder if all the traveling and seeing how fukked up the world is played a part in his suicide. Ever since he joined CNN, his shows were definitely a lot more political and darker and you can see that he wasn't the same person from when he did No Reservations. It's just sad to see one of your idols pass in this way. You can relate to him in so many ways.

So some rich over privileged white man was your idol huh?

And how exactly can I relate to him in so many ways?

Action Bronson gonna have to step his game up now. Though their styles and content are somewhat different, I enjoy Parts Unknown and F*ck That's Delicious equally.

I need Action or Eddie Huang to take over the reigns for Bourdain.

“Travel isn’t always pretty. It isn’t always comfortable. Sometimes it hurts, it even breaks your heart. But that’s okay. The journey changes you; it should change you... You take something with you. Hopefully, you leave something good behind.” — Anthony Bourdain

#RIP #AnthonyBourdain

I appreciate your inspiration to make my world smaller. To traverse this big planet with the purpose of experiencing the world the way others do. Today we celebrate your life and with your passing I hope more are educated with the growing crises of depression

I got my degree in psychology and worked in the field for a year post collegiate until I realized it was even too depressing for me.
What you guys don't get about people with wealth and suicide is that they've reached the Apex. Imagine, someone poor and deppressed... They possess hope that money can change everything, that wealth will make them happy. What happens when you've achieved wealth and you're still depressed, that my friends is described as absolute rock-bottom. Where not even money can answer your prayers of happiness. Oblivion

Thing about this dude he didnt walk the fence like these other white cac chefs/ food personality people. He went deep into peoples cultures and fukked with what others wouldn't dare. His no whites on Houston epi was cause he was tired of the world only being exposed to white run foods as being the best in the cities. Dude also caught shyt while in a Iran episode he shyt on U.S. Met dude 1 time out here in L.A while i was out to lunch from work. He was sitting outside eating at the most random hole in the wall spot and was chill af to chop it up with.

Im bummed out he was cool in my book and his shows always showed the "ugly" side the best side really. :wow:

Mans was drinking lean with slim thug he was bout it.

Sad news. RIP to the GOAT Celebrity Chef. I remembered when he sonned Anderson Coppers ignorant ass on CNN.

I like this. Anderson Cooper is such a faq dikkhead. Whenever I think "elitist" especially a liberal one, this is the type of thinking I think of. Never understand how someone who is highly educated and "worldly" can be so close minded.

Oh wait, I know why.

ETA: I might check out his show on Netflix now.
