Most parents in a descent area would form a mob if the guidance counselor/school advisor was pushing trade schools and discouraging kids from going to college. As an extreme example, could you see a guidance counselor at an affluent school pushing that?

In 2022, yes I can. College isn’t for everybody and I know plumbers that make 80-100K. My neither is a plumber apprentice now.

However if I have a child they are going to college
