jobless rate is people who are unemployed but also out of the workforce, not seeking work. Retired people, students, disabled etc.

I'm at work and when 1 of the 2 machines I run go down, I sit and chill for the night. I trained on 1 other machine and that's it.These jobs will try and make 1 person run everythang smh. I haven't even bid on another area the 5 yrs I've been here
