It's almost like people already take yearly booster shots for the flu, which itself is just the mutated strain of the 1918 spanish flu pandemic, because that's how diseases and viruses fukking work in the first place, and the only way diseases are eradicated is if enough people are vaccinated that contracting it becomes highly unlikely

and you shyt on your own statement by bringing up the flu vaxx, something a lot of ppl aren't required to get.....and the current flu vaxx is almost a crapshoot. it's developed to fight the 4 strains they THINK will circulate during the flu season. and it's partially based on the previous year's data...meaning you could get a shot and it ends up being ineffective against the strain you get exposed to. ADD TO THAT, my wife refuses to get flu shots since she's been out of the med career field because she noticed she was almost guaranteed to get sick when she got one vs. when she didn't.
We've had a flu vaccines for 90 something years; that shyt isn't eradicated and the vaccine is a toss up on whether it stops you from contracting it.
COVID-19 is related to coronaviruses that cause the common cold than it is the flu, so i don't even know why you'd compare the two in this instance.
