Every campaign advertisement I've seen from the NJ Democratic governor's race has had some form of 'fighting Trump' incorporated in it

Delaney Hall had immigrant detainees from 2011 to 2017, and was privately owned by GEO Group.

Baraka has been mayor since 2014, and has been in Newark electoral politics for over 20 years. This Uncle Tom sell-out is grandstanding here. Anyone that knows the sh-tty condition that Newark is in knows this is political theater. Baraka barely got 13,000 votes last mayoral election because the people of Newark know he's a piece of sh-t

Newark City employees in certain departments were not getting their paychecks
Newark still has lead in its water system even after the supposed overhaul 4-5 years ago
The Newark police are under a consent decree for repeated use of excessive force and other violations
Newark is currently the most aggressively gentrified city in America
Slum-lords are running amuk and abusing low-income and vulnerable tenants
The long-time, native Newark resident can barely afford to live here
Homelessness is a growing problem
The only Black people that are doing good in Newark are Baraka and his cronies
Baraka was a high school principal before he was mayor, now he's allegedly worth near 8 figures.

This sounds like a cracka response. Yeah it starts at home but when your parents are uneducated and come from a dysfunctional environment it creates a cycle. That's why the government needs to step in to break the cycle using imaginative means such as wrap around services that get these kids help.

You’re talking to a teacher. I know wtf I’m talking about. There are plenty of resources out there. You have to provide them for your kids instead of letting social media raise them & actually be active. I can’t tell you how many times parents didn’t come to meetings about their kid or the amount of parents who don’t even respond to calls, emails or texts
