@newarkhiphopEvery campaign advertisement I've seen from the NJ Democratic governor's race has had some form of 'fighting Trump' incorporated in it
Delaney Hall had immigrant detainees from 2011 to 2017, and was privately owned by GEO Group.
Baraka has been mayor since 2014, and has been in Newark electoral politics for over 20 years. This Uncle Tom sell-out is grandstanding here. Anyone that knows the sh-tty condition that Newark is in knows this is political theater. Baraka barely got 13,000 votes last mayoral election because the people of Newark know he's a piece of sh-t
Newark schools are an abject failure
Newark City employees in certain departments were not getting their paychecks
Newark still has lead in its water system even after the supposed overhaul 4-5 years ago
The Newark police are under a consent decree for repeated use of excessive force and other violations
Newark is currently the most aggressively gentrified city in America
Slum-lords are running amuk and abusing low-income and vulnerable tenants
The long-time, native Newark resident can barely afford to live here
Homelessness is a growing problem
The only Black people that are doing good in Newark are Baraka and his cronies
Baraka was a high school principal before he was mayor, now he's allegedly worth near 8 figures.
Are you stupid? I literally just said that.
Yeah no shyt, why else did he wait until 3 weeks before the election? Still, his campaign needed the jolt.
Yeah they p*ssyThis is really all that needs to happen.
He is pulling a Cory Booker, stunt queen moves.
New Jersey brehs, if you know, you know.
ETA: He is running for governor? Everything is suddenly explained.
He trying to get that Latin vote.
Sanctuary cities, Dem. progressive governor (with possible presidential ambitions) and in this case, Dem. progressive Mayor. At this point I gotta look into the numbers cuz it seem ICE goin the hardest in NJ.

Goofy nikka blamed the schools on the mayor
When will you fakkits realize education starts AT HOME
Hold up, are there actually members of this board giving excuses and justifications for an actual mayor being arrested in this situation??
This sounds like a cracka response. Yeah it starts at home but when your parents are uneducated and come from a dysfunctional environment it creates a cycle. That's why the government needs to step in to break the cycle using imaginative means such as wrap around services that get these kids help.
