Of course not, but it was a genuine question, like I was legit curious. I mean, it was a chart detailing that he was getting his finger amputated. There's literally no other information in that pic. Unless you're blind, the second he leaves the hospital, you're gonna know he had his finger amputated.
:yeshrug: but every little detail about personal health records is supposed to be private, nobody but your health care provider is supposed to know whether you got a paper cut or AIDS, but i see the NFLPA basically gave up the players rights in a later post made by somebody so their loss :yeshrug:

ESPN is demonic.

How the fukk did they get that info and why did they post it? :dahell:

Mannnnn he needs to sue somebody (Hospital, ESPN) for violating his patient confidentiality.

ETA: The dude who is having surgery before him, can definitely sue. Can put patient's ID numbers out in the streets like that?

Dude has some info about if there is indeed a HIPPA violation. Says basically that Schefter/ESPN wouldn't be at fault, working under reporter's privelege. Hospital could be fined though, and though it's rarely prosecuted, max prison sentence is 10 years.

it's not like we wouldnt have known by tmw anyways. Schefter's crazy for this one though.
