We're food for the legal system. I have no proof, but wouldn't doubt his lawyer or agent was working with the family to fukk him over. And people will sign whatever the lawyer puts in front of them without reading.

Bought my house years back and there's tons of paperwork. I skimmed all the papers and the people in the room were getting pissed off since Iguess most people blindly sign. Found my name spelled way wrong on a few pages. I don't know if it was fraud or what, but make me suspect anytime someone hands me a stack of docs and just wants to me to sign without looking.

Happened to me one time when I was about to do a deal to lease some property with some people. They basically came 3 or 4 deep with a bunch of paperwork that has some unnecessary 10 year clause in it nobody wanted to mention. When I pointed it out they got mad and started stumbling over their words. I told them I’m out and they went as far as to try to tell me somebody back at the office thought I had given the go ahead and was already processing so I couldnt back out. I couldn’t believe that mess, they straight up tried to Jim Crow a breh.
