I don't expect Kyler Murray to materialize as a Texas target, more so out of the logistics, timing, and possibly Strong's pride. There's a class of 2015 stud who has expressed interest in Texas through back-channels but the sentiment was, "if he wanted to come here he should have come here." The same likely goes for Murray. If you're a founding member of the Shane Gang like I am, you're not really bothered by it.

Kyle Allen is still very likely to OU.

The issue is if he comes to Texas he might get lost in the shuffle. Cause if Heard or Locksley makes plays next year then it's a even bigger hurdle to get the job. Unless Swoopes ends up the starter all year.

If he went to Texas no doubt he'd be going into next season as the starter. IDK where is the best place for him to be honest. Going to be interesting to find out
