No it is not
Yes it is.

Fertile Southern California talent, LA lifestyle (not to mention potential endorsements), Hollywood pull, notoriety of a legendary program.

USC is a top 3 coach destination. Only better option is Alabama. Let us win nikka. Bryce young and/or Stroud wouldn’t have left Southern California if Riley was here.

So he didn't fukk up Bob Stoops recruits over the span of his 4 years, and did ok according to Oklahoma standards. But of course he is the white savior. :russ:

I think I need to make a thread about SEC expansion and ESPN getting the SEC rights

It’s going to feel like the SEC is a different sport and people are going to be mad
Yeah. Asking Lincoln Riley (as your coach) is like asking your kids if you should take a higher paying job. Sure they may have opinion but $ talks.

If they stayed in the Big 12 sure, but joining the SEC? Death sentence for the program's playoff chances.

USC you get one of the best environments in US sports, great facilities, home of many top tier recruits. Is he gonna lock down California? No, because I truly believe the days of in-state schools locking down recruitment are over. But he has the opportunity to dominate the Pac 12 and be in the playoff conversation yearly...while living in southern California, instead of fukking Oklahoma.

I think we’re about to see a case where only an undefeated pac 12 champion will have shot at the playoffs and 2 loss sec teams are in after OU and Texas come over

people have a right to be mad but this ESPN/SEC expansion won’t be fair
