Damn, what's going on with OU's DB coach Roy Manning? The article quotes 5 star DB Domani Jackson saying that Manning is in contact with him and recruiting him to USC. Yet, Manning is still at OU, and currently on the road with Stoops recruiting for OU.

People don’t watch the games so the really have no idea how underwhelming he is as a coach. I applaud him for keeping the program steady, but he’s lowkey kind of ass. It’s like all you gotta be is young, white, and look the part and these old white boosters get a hard on.

However, like you said he can recruit. The offensive players really fukk with him so he’ll be fine. If he can get dynamic players, it can make up for his deficiency as a play caller. He still needs to get significantly better as a HC if he’s ever gonna win a title.
