Lincoln has put some dudes in the NFL.....but Jalen, Kyler and Baker all required (require?) a fair bit of extra coaching at the NFL level.
It's not like he's putting a bunch of Jayden Daniels' or Andrew Luck's into the league.
Caleb might be an exception but that could be in-spite of Lincoln.
No nattys. Some Heisman's...he's in that weird zone where being an OC is not a big enough job for him but being HC is too much. Can't hire him to your staff (especially a Black HC) because you'll be looking over your shoulder.

His offensive lines are bad too. He can only recruit WRs and never really has depth there
