It's currently trading at $100 per share post split.

I think paramount just wants CNN they could care less about WB... just wish they was upfront about it...

CNN isn't a part of the Netflix deal. Paramount wants CNN but they also want to make a huge dent in streaming. Currently HBO Max is the #3 streamer in the world behind Netflix and Amazon. Paramount is way down there. The Ellisons need WB and their IP just as much as they want CNN so they can turn it into another right wing news network.
