I think Dolan was behind the Melo deal indirectly...Phil will never be able to completely rebuild under dolan like he should without him interfering...If he didnt sign melo, Dolan would have been at this nikka neck off rip.

Phil pretty much using jedi mind tricks to get rid of melo and blame it on him so dolan can still give him that freedom to do what he wants..He can simply say the melo situation set us back and dolan can go
