They’re not building around them at all. People have all these opinions about a team they don’t watch. Keegan Murray playing the 4 and Malik Monk starting is not building around Fox or Sabonis. You’re creating a team in which you can’t defend of those guys are forced to do things other stars don’t. Moreover, if you can build around Ja Morant - you can build around De’Aaron Fox who has outplayed him the past 3 seasons and is the same type of player.
A team built around Fox would like the Houston Rockets.
Keegan Murray and Huerter having been missing wide open 3s all year. If they made their shots the Kings would be a top 4 seed but then you get lazy ass people like @Street Knowledge getting daps for saying ridiculous shyt like the Kings are building around Fox and Sabonis when their problem is that they’re NOT doing that

The Kings are bottom 5 in the league in 3s and especially open 3s, which was the entire basis of their offense. They’re not building around anyone, the gm has no plan. This team is too small and has no ability to defend the rim or wings.
This team needs a real center and athleticism on the wings. extended Sabonis was dumb
