I don't how to feel about this situation. I don't believe in the death sentence ( or life imprisonment), but I feel like death would be better then sitting in a cell 23 hours a day for the rest of his life in solitary. He deserves to be punished and death is the best thing I guess, because life in solitary is to cruel IMO.
