Some of you legit don't have a basic weight set in the house? Rudimentary resistance bands? A pull up bar? How serious are you really about working out? That requires little to no space. All of that can easily go into a closet and can be aquired for less than $500. It's not the in depth workout you can get in a gym with a bevy of elaborate equipment, but it can absolutely help you maintain what you have gained and scratch the itch. If you can't keep your body up to some degree without a gym for a couple of months, you were never that serious about it in the first place.
Even the day after 9/11 wasn't like this. We still went to school. We still went to the mall even though it was empty. Only certain places were locked down.
This is a first for many of us in our generation. We're living in the beginning scenes of a big budget end of the world film.
Unfortunately in this movie, The President is the villain. And he ain't saving us.
Dude I remember when we found out about 9/11 at my high school. My Accountant teacher found out that his son was near the buildings (thankfully he was okay). Even then, it took about maybe 2 hours before we had early dismissal and the buses were shut down due to the threat of terrorism. So I walked home and seen the shyt unfolded on TV. Hell, we had like maybe one day off for remembrance and after that it was back to business.
This shyt is a bit eerie on the level that we are living like The Walking Dead. It seems like the world is ending but you know what, it's okay because this is more fuel to get that orange faced b*stard out the front door
. Hell, at this point I would dig up Ross Perot to go against ole boy. At least Perot wouldn't disband a department that will avoid fukking up businesses and then care about people's lives

The entire chain? Don’t see why not. Will be a rough calendar year in Vegas and elsewhere for any hotel/gaming entity no question but don’t see any effects too long term for someone as large as mgm. Places like penn national, Caesars who have extremely heavy debt loads already might be in some hurt. If eldo doesn’t end up acquiring Caesars it probably folds. I’m only in the sports betting world which has risen exponentially in recent years, and even in a declining retail casino environment the shift to online/mobile wagering will just continue to rise. We are booking shyt like Ukraine ping pong right now and seeing unbelievable handle. People are hungry for entertainment. I’m lucky to still currently be employed and able to work from home as the bulk of our betting is done thru mobile channels thankfully. There just isn’t much to bet sports wise but slowly but surely things will come back and as we’ve seen the last couple weeks people are itching to bet anything for some action. They will be betting japan baseball or China basketball like it’s the nba playoffsis MGM gonna be ok... asking for a friend

Thanks for the insight, I was asking because I threw a lil money at MGM resorts, nothing substantial. I was planning to get out to vegas later this year but looks like that wont be happening anytime soon

Trump and the alt-right are going to use this to reshape America. It's happening as we speak. I don't know if this was an engineered crisis, but this is definitely similar to the Reichstag Fire that beget the rise of the Nazi party. I've been one of the biggest critics of the Dems, even to point of being called a Trump supporter, but I can't excuse anything he and his administration are doing. It is obvious that they see this as an opportunity to cull the herd and consolidate power. I feel for black people who are in states governed by Trump lackeys. They clearly have been given a signal to weaponize this outbreak. shyt is about the hit the fan.LOL & SMH at ANYBODY thinking this will be over by April 30th. Or May. Or June. Or September. Or December.
We probably need to be locked down until March this time next year. EARLIEST

There is so much we are not being told about this.
This is not "just the flu"...the mortality rate is different.
And trillions of dollars ion lost business shutting down is not the result of "just the flu".
And it's not just affecting old people, 40% of COVID-19 deaths in America are people ages 20-54. So please stay inside.
And this is going to hit the black community HARD...because many of us don't have insurance, are in low income areas without the same resources as others, and many of us pre-existing conditions we don't know about that may fukk with us. Sickle cell trait, heart disease, diabetes, high blood pressure.
WE don't know really alot about this because it's so new. And American medical professionals have been pretty much shorted of valuable appartus' such as ventilators, PPE like face masks and protective suits.
The Trump adminstration actually sent china 17.8 tons of medical gear while downplaying the threat of the virus here.

It effects different people different ways.
And this is not dying down by the summer...we'll be probably hitting 500-1000 deaths a day pretty soon like Italy.
People don't even understand the brevity of how much Trump fukked up.
He knew about this for a while.
Completely disbanded the pandemic task force that Obama established in Fall 2018.
Cut funds from the CDC to go towards his racist border wall and the pockets of his cronies.
Ignored advice from chinese CDC officials in January and fired the head of it.
Was told multiple times of the threat of a pandemic coming towards the shores of America and just downplayed it.
Called it a hoax from the democrats
As the number of cases rose and doubled each day and more people continue to die.
Now Trump and his Republican cronies are shopping around this idea that we should stay open as we begin to hit the peak of this global pandemic. The blood will be on his hands for fukking up something fierce.
As other countries are still locked down.

Trump wants people to die in mass amounts...so he can bring on shyt like martial law and postpone those damn elections.
Cause there is no way in hell that he's getting reelected at this point fumbling this shyt so bad.
Even though we know that there are still his devoted cult members that will vote for him even if this disease kills their whole family.

The fact we don't got Obama, Bush, or Clinton dealing with this...we have this fukking moron runnning the show and bragging about his ratings when a global pandemic is going on.
I just hope and pray we make it to November. I have a bad feeling this is going to get worse. I hope it doesn't. I really don't. I haven't been able to sleep in weeks now because of this shyt. It does feel like doomsday.
But we got to keep it together and help each other out in this situation wherever you can and keep hope in abundance. That's all we can do.
Wynn Sands and mgm are probably pretty solid investments when they hit the bottom this week. Anyone else is dicey

Its going to happen...it already is.
In fact, me thinks that Trump not taking this seriously was a way for people in his camp to work around it and utilize power grabs that would of never been possible otherwise. That 2020 Presidential election looks like it might not happen for "safety concerns" due to the coronavirus.
But if Trump doesn't leave office pon January 20th, 2021 by 12:00 am he's officially trespassing and will have to be removed from the White House by security/police.
It's in the constitution.
My worry is how much damage Trump can do between now and January 21st.
He CAN'T be allowed to have another term...period.
