Spanos does not want to work with Kroenke period. It's either back to San Diego or team up with the Raiders in Carson. He probably doesn't have the pockets to go with Carson alone, but I'm Iger/Disney will help out if Carson site is approved but only the Chargers. As for Kroenke, if things don't go his way he can't sue in the league directly:
