Mark has said that he wants to stay in Oakland. But doesn't have the economic resources to build a stadium there.
To me, it seems like Davis is just going along for the ride because he's gonna get help regardless what happens.

Nope. Would be ready in 2019 (assuming there aren't any set backs). 1 team will play in LA Coliseum until its built.
