As a Raiders fan I don't believe Mark Davis would be able to move. He's not like Al who would punk all these owners to vote for him or he'll find a way to fukk other owners, that's how al will do it..

Raiders might get fukk

I see this. But, the thing that you don't see is that the contract betweem the Chargers and Raiders is pending for the Carson site only. The site is a dump. Its a contaminated landfill. If the land doesn't get clearance, the deal with the Chargers and Raiders is void. The Chargers and Raiders need the partnership due to short pockets.

Also...the Bob Iger addition will cause a potential lawsuit from Kroenke and The City of San Diego. Iger was brought in by Jerry Richardson (panthers owner). Jerry Richardson is on the LA Committee, and that goes against the rules of the committee. Too much bullshyt going on.
Spanos does not want to partner with Kroenke after Kroenke went behind his back on the Inglewood project. They had both discussed that land to partner up as a potential site for a new stadium years ago. Then Kroenke went and bought the land himself to have his own stadium there, then when it started to look like the NFL would like 2 teams in LA, he went to Spanos like "you can come play in MY stadium." Spanos doesn't want to be a tenant in Kroneke's stadium, he'd prefer to be 50/50 with the Raiders.

The Bob Iger thing is a plus way more than a minus for the Carson project. For the people that may think that the Chargers aren't sellable in LA, he's the type of person to properly market that team (and the Raiders coming back) to LA way more than Kroenke. People can't even find Kroenke anywhere. He's a silent owner that quietly and discretely shows up to games and doesn't do anything in public. Richardson basically asking if Iger wants to join the Carson project is just something for Kroenke to whine and bytch about when he doesn't get his way.

The best thing for the league is for the rams to move because they have the least loyal fan base.
This post makes no sense. Are you under the impression that St. Louis is the least loyal because of attendance this year? When there's an owner that hasn't shown any loyalty to the team nor city? And also considering the Rams have not been in the playoffs since 2004?

I just saw the Rams/49ers game in a brand new stadium there in the bay and the place was half empty for a team that isn't good for the first time in years. Name one team in any sport that has sold out their stadium every game when their team has not been competitive for a decade. I'll wait...

We will see what happens. A lot of back door shyt happening behind the scenes before the next owners meeting.

"I" hope that all 3 teams end up staying put. The worse thing will be if they delay LA for another year. Which means we would have to go through this mess at the same time next year (unless our cities put something together that appeals to the NFL and owners).

If things are this complicated, then its not meant to be.

I'm a lawyer, and the law firm I work for was part of the legal team to move the Rams to St. Louis. One of the main lawyers in that deal still works here. When I ask him about it, he said he thinks at the end of the day there will be some kind of back door deal done. It's probably in the works without any of us in the public knowing about it. Hell, Kroenke may just want to squeeze out as much in STL as he can and then stay, and build another Walmart in that Inglewood land. Kroenke could sue for antitrust violations, but that will be very tough considering the channels the NFL are going through to vote for this. Something will be worked out, none of us just know what that will be. Wish we did know, I would like to know if I should buy me and my son some Rams gear, or if I should burn the gear I have now.

They can't build a Walmart in Inglewood. The city and the citizens voted that sh*t down like ten years ago. Walmart's kill off small businesses

I wouldn't be shocked if they delay it another year. The NFL is usually good when there's only one team in dire need of a new stadium like Minnesota a couple of years ago cause they'll use LA as leverage and the city that might lose its team will cave in and pay for a stadium but now they over played their hand because they now have three teams that have serious stadium issues. I think they would've kept the game going even longer if it was just one team threatening to move.

On the low I hear that St. Louis is good no matter what.. If the Rams leave then Jacksonville will move to St. Louis to play in the new stadium

how can they start in 2016? they already have a stadium built ?

They would probably play in the LA Coliseum until whichever stadium is approved is ready to go. Which is hilarious since Al Davis left LA because the Coliseum was an old and outdated facility back in 1994.

Just read a minute ago that Kroenke wants to build a stadium there no matter what for a possible Olympics in LA and World Cups and shyt like that. He probably wants to keep the option in that area in case he could move another team there in the future if the Rams are forced to stay.

I've heard that with this new stadium on the riverfront in STL that a team will be here no matter what, but just growing up as a fan of this team (they moved here when I was 12), and bobbing and weaving with the Super Bowl runs, I want to remain a fan of this franchise. It'll take another 20+ years to build a generation worth of equity in a fan base. Someone born in 1995 is about to turn 21 this year. All they've known if they live in STL is Rams football since birth. That's how the Cardinals have developed a fan base here. Been in the city for 100+ years and people's fathers and grandfathers and great grandfathers were all fans. With that being said, an expansion team or another relocated team to STL is better than no team at all. Just stating preference.

USC runs the Coliseum now and they been refurbishing it over the last few years.

-But on the real they only need one team here. All that two team sh*t is for the birds. The NFL is a tv sport now. With HD tvs, Direct TV package, etc.. If you don't personally attend a game you get the same NFL experience here in LA as you would in Butte Montana.
