Kaine is less hawkish than HRC from what I gather

But she's gonna do something in the Mideast. Since Russia controls the skies in Western Syria, watch for more troops going to Iraq next year.

Kaine did well up on stage. He's a good foil to Hillary's awkwardness and scripted nature, since he comes as much more authentic

As I said, Hillary is clearly playing a swing state straedgy. If anyone thinks Hillary/Kaine will lose Viriginia to Trump they got another thing comming. Northern Virigina has completely changed the demographics of the state. Barack won VA twice when it was pretty much solid Red for a long time. Kaine is beloved in VA and he's never lost a race in his entire career. I think there should of been a Black or Latino on the ticket to reflect the country. But it's clear the Dems know Hillary can't win the White Male Vote so they are using Kaine as an alternate to not just Trump but Pence as well. Kaine is looking more like a "Sane" choice. I expect a lot of republicans who hate Trump or were NeverTrump to definitely vote for Hillary now that Kaine is on the ticket.

I would've much preferred Sherrod Brown, but I understand why Hillary wouldn't do it. They would lose a Democratic senator and have Kasich pick his replacement.
