Mark my words if Hillary Clinton doesn't pick a progressive VP she will lose in November.
Tim Kaine is personally pro-life and didn't support adoption rights for gay couples, let alone same sex marriage, until 2013.
Remember when HRC ran a primary campaign about how her opponent didn't care about anything but economics? He also, of course, loves TPP and deregulating banks(both of which Hillary "opposes").
I don't see the utility here. HRC is not losing Virginia regardless of who she picks.
