Most Cowboy games are prime time as it is...airing mostly at 4pm, 8pm or on Monday night nationally...how do they pull that shyt off after not winning or participating in anything big since longer than some of it's adult fan base has been alive?

How does a guy who has won 2 playoff games in 10 years...
from a team that has won it's last Superbowl over 20 years ago....
get a lead broadcasting job with no experience or any type of resume to justify it?
