only thing that perplexes me is why is romo coveted like he was favre or montana retiring? does he have a personality? i dont even know. he's always come across as the guy thinking of the funny joke in his head and sorta trails off by himself to enjoy a quick laugh. stephen a brought up a good point earlier; why is romo coveted and not mcnabb when he first retired. he was more successful.

in any event, i watch redzone on sunday. the only time i lock into games is when the giants are playing and sunday night. no biggie

It is amazing how much hate Romo gets as a QB. I get that it's fun to hate the Cowboys and he does have a few embarrassing plays through the years we can laugh at. But there are only a handful of elite guys in the league I'd take over a healthy Romo in his prime. He is criminally underrated - a great playmaker and put up great numbers, made the whole team better. But his rep will always be tainted because of the bad plays he's made, which of course are enhanced so much due to the fact that people love to hate the Cowboys. Hell I love to hate the Cowboys. But I got nothing but respect for Romo as a QB.
