He's most Cac males fantasy manifested in the flesh. Small school guy, undersized, who overcame the obstacles of being barely drafted, to end up starting for the NFL's media darling in Dallas. Was productive, never said the wrong thing publically, could golf pretty well, had a decent smile, and banged a bunch of Blonde Hair nice figured pop stars during the process. Also made a shyt load of money doing all of this, so yea Cacs worship the dude.sucks for simms, but he'll be fine. he was a better qb than 2 playoff win tony, anyway.
only thing that perplexes me is why is romo coveted like he was favre or montana retiring? does he have a personality? i dont even know. he's always come across as the guy thinking of the funny joke in his head and sorta trails off by himself to enjoy a quick laugh. stephen a brought up a good point earlier; why is romo coveted and not mcnabb when he first retired. he was more successful.
in any event, i watch redzone on sunday. the only time i lock into games is when the giants are playing and sunday night. no biggie

Leads cowboys qb in all time touchdowns and passing yardsIt is amazing how much hate Romo gets as a QB. I get that it's fun to hate the Cowboys and he does have a few embarrassing plays through the years we can laugh at. But there are only a handful of elite guys in the league I'd take over a healthy Romo in his prime. He is criminally underrated - a great playmaker and put up great numbers, made the whole team better. But his rep will always be tainted because of the bad plays he's made, which of course are enhanced so much due to the fact that people love to hate the Cowboys. Hell I love to hate the Cowboys. But I got nothing but respect for Romo as a QB.

I want to see him play in a dome stadium. That would workTexans better sign Kap now![]()

phil simms has two rings and the best day in super bowl history. i wont justify your foolishness with another response. i contemplated erasing this one, but managed to hit the reply button.Phil Simms was not a better qb then Romo Simms was a game manager
You do realize that Romo has a good career QBR as well, right?
@ all the hate.

...it's not fair to Simms
